User Reviews and Ratings Cockroaches

We went to Pasha yesterday for the first time for me and not my friend. While we were eating...I see a cockroach running around on the TABLE...not the floor but on the table near our food. We tell the Korean waiters and they really didn't seem to care...they took their time coming to the table and by that time..I had taken the menu and threw the cockroach on the floor....so we ask for the manager and they bring out some korean woman who can barely speak English...(thought out front there is a sign that says English spoken here). Anyway, they didn't do anything and we wanted to leave and couldn't eat our food and we regret even paying for our food. I mean they had all these middle eastern cooks in the back but the food was very Korean style. I didn't feel there was barely anything authentic. We ordered the lamajun, chicken in sauce, and beef with nuts or something. everything was like around 19, 000 won each. The salad bar was not good either...I thought the VIPS salad bar was better and that is not saying much. They don't have any signs saying what each dish is in the salad bar...(I guess too much work for such an expensive restaurant to be more customer friendly.) The restaurant was not about customer service at all. Barely rememberd to get our water....so we spend 50, 000 won for our cockroach, food that was not really Turkish but had some elements of it (no sauces or lemon with most dishes..)salads with the orders were not turkish salads...basically it was a Korean restaurant with Turkish elements.. The decor was great...so maybe that is what they get by on...would be great for a date or something cause its really pretty inside but if the place doesn't have good food then what's the point? There maybe some good dishes but I don't know what they are. I'm sure the bread and hummus was good. All our food was just not that great. The lamajun barely had any spice..was very different from Lamajuns at home. I suggest NOT going to this restaurant for dinner but maybe for appetizers as in the pictures they looked ok. and they have no desserts too. Was looking forward to eating real turkish foods with turkish dessert.
