Durga in Hindi is a Hindu goddess with ten arms--here it is a traditional Nepali restaurant with more than 18 different curries. Run by a Nepali native chef, the Durga has more than 70 different menu choices to pick from, but you won't feel overwhelmed. Relax and try the Tali set for 14,000 won with a chicken butter masala just for 10,000 won.

My favorite restaurant in Seoul

When I left Korea for a vacation, this was the last place I ate at before I left, and the first I visited when I returned. The curries here are fantastic: the meat is lean and good quality, and the flavors are rich, as I expect from Indian food.

When I go to Indian restaurants, the make or break feature is the naan bread for me, and the naan bread here is fantastic: hearty, but not heavy, thick but not chewy, and served up right off the grill. The food is authentic: owned and operated by Nepalis.

The chicken tikka, the chicken butter masala (really spicy) the palak prawn, and the dal makhani are my favorite items on the menu. I have never been disappointed by Durga, and neither have the friends I've taken here.
