That’s why we have HiExpat messaging system to make sure your valuable personal information is kept confidential while using our site.

If you’ve chosen not to provide your email address in posting your classified ad or simply wants to talk to someone who’s a member of our site, this guide will show you how easy and convenient it is.

1. You have a new message!

If you get a new message, HiExpat.com lets you know by two ways.

First, an email notification goes to your registered email address (better make sure your email address is up-to-date and check you spam box as well)

Second, when you log in to HiExpat.com, you will see a message notification box.
All you have to do is click on the message icon and you’ll be taken to your inbox.

2. Replying to the message

It’s too easy, just hit write your reply message in the message box below and hit Add Reply.

3. Sending a message to an Expat

You can either search by username or name the expat you’re trying to reach goes by and click on Write Message.
