The annual brawl also known as the passing of the annual budget took place yesterday at the national assembly in Youido. This year, the brawl proved to be a lot more exciting thanks to the hard training each member of the assembly seemed to have gone through to improve not only their strength but also their cardio to carry out their duty to the voters of Korea.
So, as it had always been intended for the great democratic process of the republic of Korea, the national budget for the year 2011 of about $280 billion was passed by the ruling party thanks to its ability to drill through the human scrum made up of the opposition to take control and hold on to the gavel long enough to announce the passing of the budget along with many bills that were still up for debate.
If anyone's interested in seeing how this annual brawl panned out, look below.

"This year, the brawl proved to be a lot more exciting thanks to the hard training........but also their cardio........" Good stuff!
I also liked the "...to drill through the human scrum...." comment! Dang, it makes me wish that I could have been there to throw a few punches!
I surely would have been willing to voice and indeed sponsor a few bills to improve the lives of expats here in kimchiland! * How about a lottery ONLY for expats? The winners get to go on a free trip to Hong Kong or Taiwan, etc. every year.
