One of the nicer treats we indulge ourselves in Korea happens to be fried chickens. Koreans have fried, covered and supplemented universally enjoyed white poultry meat with their traditional and not so traditional flavors for the all of Korea to enjoy. (500 million chickens are consumed in Korea each year!)
Some of us who got here only knowing KFC as the foremost authority in coating up pieces of chicken with grease discovered quickly that it is a real bad place for a chicken but a heaven for chicken lovers.
Well, one of the more popular Korean chicken brands seems to have finally figured out how to fry to the taste buds of the folks on the American continent. Take a look at the salivating reviews on Yelp.com and one of the stores in Manhattan for Kyochon Chicken.
Meg B. from Brooklyn says, "I am addicted to the crispy deliciousness of the garlic soy chicken wings. Fast. Not expensive. I love chicken wings and this is my favorite. The hot and sweet wings are delicious but they definitely have a serious kick. I love the picked radish. Honey wings are good too but not as good as the garlic soy."
