Managing your resumes
Publish/Unpublish your resume
Once your resume has been published, you can unpublish it by simply clicking on the check mark on your resume list in Job Seeker Page.
Unpublished resume will show up with a red circle with a X in it and published resume will have a check mark beside it.
Upload and Delete resume files
You don't have to create an entirely new resume with all those fields to fill in to update your resume file. Just go to My Resume Files in the Jobs page.
From there, you can upload a new file by clicking on Add new file or delete your existing files by clicking edit in the List Resume Files page to go to the update file page.
You can enter in File Notes, publish/unpublish the file or delete the file. Now, be careful when you delete, as deleting files will delete them permanently from associated resumes.
Clicking on the Resume tab will show you all the resumes that have the file as attachments. It is always a good idea to see which resumes are associated with the file before deleting it.
Assigning Files to Resume
With multiple files now uploaded, you can pick and choose which one will be shown to the recruiters or even associate multiple files to a single resume.
To do this, you need to edit one of your existing resumes by going to 'Job Seeker Page'.
Go ahead and click on the edit link to go to the edit resume page.
Your resume has a lot of information but the menu you're looking for is in the Resume Files tab.
In the Resume Details page, you can select a file as an attachment or select multiple files. Now, there is 3-file limit for attaching files to a resume.
It maybe a good idea to attach a file resume and documents like references.
Hint: Now, we always hear our recruiters complain about some resumes showing up repeatedly on the site. If you publish multiple resumes, please make sure that each is addressing different need to make sure that you remain in good standing with recruiters.
